1，風(fēng)機設(shè)置(zhì)時(shí)應避(bì)開(kāi)多灰，腐(fǔ)蝕性氣體，大濕度，太陽直(zhí)射(shè)及(jí)風吹(chuī)雨淋(lín)的環境，風機周(zhōu)圍(wéi)地麵應(yīng)保(bǎo)持整潔。風機配(pèi)套電(diàn)動(dòng)機對(duì)周圍環境要求較高。往(wǎng)往會應(yīng)為上(shàng)述原(yuán)因(yīn)而(ér)降(jiàng)低其性(xìng)能，故應特別(bié)注意。

1. When setting up the fan, it should avoid environments with high dust, corrosive gases, high humidity, direct sunlight, and wind and rain. The ground around the fan should be kept clean. The matching motor of the fan has high requirements for the surrounding environment. Often, its performance may be reduced due to the aforementioned reasons, so special attention should be paid.

2，風機(jī)設(shè)置在室內(nèi)時.房屋(wū)的(dí)結構應較為寬敞(chǎng)，且(qiě)留有足夠寬，高的(dí)門，便於(yú)風機的(dí)移(yí)動和(hé)運輸。

2. When the fan is installed indoors, the structure of the house should be relatively spacious, and there should be enough wide and high doors to facilitate the movement and transportation of the fan.

3，風(fēng)機周圍(wéi)須留有足夠的(dí)空(kōng)間(jiān)，以便(biàn)在風機運轉(zhuǎn)時(shí).人員能(néng)白(bái)由走動(dòng)，並且(qiě)能滿足(zú)日常(cháng)維護保(bǎo)養(yǎng)的(dí)需要(yào)。

3. Sufficient space must be left around the fan so that personnel can move freely during operation and meet the needs of daily maintenance.

4，大型(xíng)風機的(dí)安裝地點.皮考慮留有可(kě)放(fàng)置上(shàng)機殼(ké)，轉子，進氣(qì)箱(xiāng)，調(tiáo)節門(mén)等配件(jiàn)以及(jí)能進行配，拆(chāi)卸，維修等作(zuò)業(yè)的(dí)空(kōng)間。風(fēng)機(jī)采用帶傳動，還(huán)需(xū)考慮電動機(jī)找正(zhèng)及更換帶輪的空(kōng)間。

4. The installation location for large fans should consider leaving space for accessories such as the upper casing, rotor, intake box, and regulating valve, as well as for assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and other operations. The fan adopts belt drive, and the space for motor alignment and wheel replacement also needs to be considered.

5，在(zài)確定(dìng)風機(jī)的(dí)布局(jú)時(shí).不僅要(yào)考慮(lǜ)風機本身的安(ān)裝(zhuāng)空間，還(huán)需(xū)預(yù)留(liú)進出(chū)口(kǒu)管路(lù)，閥類，原(yuán)動機(jī)的(dí)布綫，供油裝(zhuāng)置，冷卻(què)裝置以(yǐ)及油和水的連(lián)接管(guǎn)路的(dí)布置(zhì)空間.

5. When determining the layout of the fan, not only should the installation space of the fan itself be considered, but also the layout space for inlet and outlet pipelines, valves, wiring of the prime mover, oil supply devices, cooling devices, and oil and water connection pipelines should be reserved

6，在(zài)同一(yī)地(dì)點設置多(duō)台風機時(shí).應充(chōng)分(fēn)考(kǎo)慮(lǜ)風(fēng)機(jī)間的相(xiāng)互間隔(gé)，布局(jú)等(děng)，避免(miǎn)風機(jī)運(yùn)行(háng)時(shí)產生相互影(yǐng)響.

6. When setting up multiple fans at the same location, full consideration should be given to the spacing and layout between fans to avoid mutual influence during fan operation

7，對(duì)於(yú)大(dà)型，較重的(dí)風(fēng)機.應裝(zhuāng)備(bèi)有(yǒu)吊(diào)車，電葫(hú)蘆(lú)等(děng)起吊裝(zhuāng)置;中(zhōng)小(xiǎo)型風(fēng)機(jī)根據其(qí)用(yòng)途(tú)，如葉輪需要(yào)經(jīng)常(cháng)更換(huàn)等(děng)，亦滿配備(bèi)一(yī)般的(dí)起吊裝置。

7. For large and heavy fans, lifting devices such as cranes and electric hoists should be equipped; Small and medium-sized fans are equipped with general lifting devices based on their usage, such as frequent replacement of impellers.
